Initial consultation
The initial consultation lasts 60 mins and the cost is £70. This time provides an opportunity to explore whether I am the right person for you to work with you and gives me the opportunity to assess how I can support you. I would also look at the end of this session to outline to you some options and structures as to how I might work with the presenting issue. Sometimes I might guide people to other therapists who may have specialist skills, or other appropriate health services. Consequently, the initial consultation allows you to engage and find out more about how I work, prior to committing to therapy, couples work or coaching.
